Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email box account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box account you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
